I LOVE THIS PLACE! Patricia was absolutely amazing in helping me find the perfect frames! I loved the honesty if a... shape didn't fit well on my face since I had no idea what looked best! Madison has such a warm and welcoming presence when you first walk in! She always greets me with such joy and makes me feel like I am walking into a place full of friends! And Dr. Hanson went above and beyond for my eye exam! She took the time to show me images of my eye and explain what everything was! I loved how she made suggestions and asked to see which i preferred rather than just telling me and making me feel like i didn't have a say. I highly recommend this place! Everyone is just amazing and so sweet and welcoming! I have already told my friends and family about this place because I know they will be taken care of!read more

The eye exam was fine, the doctor (barbie) was extremely nice. But the only reason I was there was to get my... prescription updated and they handed me a bunch of papers and said I was good to go. When I got home, no prescription, just receipts and invoices. And you can't get it emailed either so I had to make a whole nother trip for my prescription instead of them maybe asking the first time I was there if I wanted the only reason I was there in the first place. And they won't give a pupilary distance unless you order frames from them. The office was good but just creates an inconvenience for something that shouldn't be.read more

Dr Pond is great. Have been patient for 15 years. Since he sold the business to this chain, Office is a HORRIBLE... mess. Calls returned in 2-3 days if your lucky. Double booked my appointment time and after 40 minutes I asked how much longer and they admitted the error in double booking the time slot and that it would be another 30 minutes until Dr could see me. . Called 3 weeks after appointment and fitting, and spent spent 15 minutes having to insist that I had not received my orders. Finally was told they never submitted the order. 4.5 weeks after ordering glasses and still no contacts and no glasses. Prices have been raised quite a bit since Dr Pond sold to the new company. Horrible office! Disorganized and brutally bad service.read more

This was the messiest experience I have ever had at doctor's office. The only good thing was how great a doctor Dr.... Williams is. After my appointment, I wanted to order contacts and glasses. The assistant that was supposed to help me left and someone else filled in that didn't really know that process. She wasn't able to give me a price breakdown so they had to call me the next day. My glasses and contacts were ordered and when I came to pick them up, that place was chaos. So many customers were waiting and there was no system in place to call them one at a time. I was approached by multiple employees and had to repeat why I was there multiple times. Someone finally brought my glasses to me and said my contacts won't be there for weeks (despite that I asked they call me once both are in to save the trip). She just handed me the glasses. I had to ask her if I could try them on and have them adjusted. When I opened the glasses, an arm was very loose. I had to ask if they could fix that screw and she said, "I guess." She came back and said they were fixed but she fixed them with a screw of a different color and it was too long so it stuck out. I told her that I wasn't happy with that and she went away again, only to return with a screw the same color but with a nut at the end of a different color. I told her that I'm not accepting the $350 glasses in that condition. I also asked if they had blue light filters on them and she said no, which was something I specifically asked for and the reason I was buying the new glasses. She said they would have to oder a new pair and to come back once they've been delivered. What was just supposed to be a pick up took 25 minutes. I then came back a few weeks later to pick up the glasses and there was a sign on the door "Closed every other Monday" but didn't say which Mondays. None of those hour changes were on their website either so I had to come back again. All in all, the office is chaos and I'll never go back.read more

Disorganized after owner sells to 3 employees. Terrible at follow through and communication. I ordered glasses, no one... answers phones or returns messages left. I just want to know when my glasses have arrived, so I can pick them up. They also screwed up an order for my wife's contacts, again no follow through and disorganized. The price is premium, so the service should be too. I would never do business with this franchise ever again.read more

This has been the worst glasses-buying experience I’ve ever had.In my initial 3-hour meeting on 2/5/21, the business... appeared disorganized with boxes everywhere, wait time between providers, and taking far longer than usual to get small tasks completed, such as ordering my glasses. I felt instant regret.After about two weeks of not hearing from them, I called and asked if my glasses and trial contacts arrived. The first person I spoke with said no and asked me to call back. After calling back 30 minutes later, I spoke with someone who said both my glasses and contacts had arrived and were ready for pickup. Not sure why I wasn’t contacted.My glasses prescription was too strong. I was dizzy, running into things, etc. I went back to their new office, where I saw a much wider selection of frames—another detail that wasn’t communicated to me. We agreed to adjust the prescription.It’s now been three weeks after our most recent meeting and more than 46 days since my first visit and I still don’t have glasses.The company has not returned my multiple calls and voicemails. My emails appear to not be going through. They are utterly disorganized and appear incapable of providing a reliable, supportive customer experience.Take your business elsewhere.Target has a better customer experience and wider selection of frames.read more

This was the worst eye doctor experience we’ve ever had. We got the new prescription and went to buy new glasses. When... we got the new glasses the prescription was way off and couldn’t see anything. When we called back they just told us to come in and they would try again with a new appointment. The front desk people have no clue what’s going on and are always chatting and distracted. The doctor even told us there was a freckle that could be cancerous. When we went to another doctor they said there is no freckle and the prescription is the same as it was before all this. Place should be out of business.read more

If someone is reading this, please get back to me ASAP.Otherwise, people were nice. Although the whole exam process seemed rather disorganized.
